Perfectly Easy Pumpkin Bars

Ivory Living Pumpkins Squares

These moist and delicious pumpkin bars make the perfect finger-food friendly alternative to pumpkin pie for your Holiday Party or Thanksgiving Day feast. This is right out of the Ivory FAVORITES Cookbook and just like the rest of the recipes, it was quick and easy!

4 eggs
2/3 cups sugar
1 cups vegetable oil
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin till light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, soda, and spices. Add to pumpkin mixture. Spread in greased 15"x10" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool.

Frosting:
2 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Cream together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth and creamy.
